Steps to Request Account Deletion by Email
Step 1: Compose an Email
Open your email account registered with Venturloop.
Create a new email with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
Step 2: Provide Required Details
In the email body, include the following details to verify your identity:
Full Name (as registered on Venturloop)
Registered Email ID
Reason for Account Deletion (optional but helps us improve)
Any Additional Verification Information (if required)
Step 3: Send Your Request
Send the email to: we.venturloop@gmail.com. Our team will review and verify your request.
Step 4: Verification and Processing
Our support team will verify the details provided.
If additional information is required, we will reach out to your registered email.
Once verified, the deletion process will be initiated.
Step 5: Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.
Please allow up to [insert timeframe, e.g., 7 working days] for processing.
Important Notes
Once deleted, your account and associated data cannot be recovered.
