About Micro Munch
Microgreens are young, edible seedlings harvested from vegetables, grains, and herbs shortly after germination. Typically measuring 1 to 3 inches tall, they are harvested within 7 to 21 days of planting. They consist of a single central stem, fully developed cotyledon (seed) leaves, and usually the very first pair of partially expanded true leaves.
