Our flagship initiative is 'Vruthi,' a user-friendly mobile application that connects households, businesses, and institutions directly with our collection network via a flexible subscription-based model. Key Technological Initiatives: Doorstep Pickups: Users schedule pickups for all waste categories—recyclable, organic, plastic, or e-waste—with just a few taps. Smart Collection Units: We are setting up compact units (initial focus in Kochi and main districts) where citizens can scan a QR code, pay minimally, and responsibly deposit segregated waste. IoT-Enabled Tracking: Each collection unit uses IoT-enabled smart bins to allow for real-time waste tracking and efficient management through the Vruthi app. The Circular Economy Model: Zero Waste to Landfill Our process is an end-to-end circular model, ensuring every material is valued: Waste is sorted, recycled, composted, or upcycled into usable materials.
