I’m building an all-in-one house-hunting and property management app that bridges a frustrating gap in the current market. Right now, tenants jump between Zillow, Apartments.com, Craigslist, and then separate payment portals like Cozy or Venmo. Owners juggle listing sites, spreadsheets, and manual rent collection. My app combines three core experiences: 1. For tenants easy search, browse listings, directly message property owners, and pay rent digitally once leased. 2. For property owners manage properties, screen and track tenants, handle lease documents, and receive automated rental payments. 3. Integrated trust & payments rent collection, security deposits, and automated late fees all happen inside the app, with receipts and records for both sides. Everything search, lease management, and payments lives in one place, removing friction, reducing late payments, and giving renters a more reliable path from “finding” to “moving in” without juggling five different tool.
