About SEO Rise
SEO Rise helps businesses identify growth bottlenecks and solve them through founder-led strategy, digital growth, CRM, automation and custom business software.
Problem Statement
A 40-person manufacturer in Ahmedabad pays for a website and starts getting enquiries. Then the enquiries scatter. Some come on WhatsApp, some through the form, some straight to the owner's phone. Nobody owns the follow-up, and a lead that was warm on Monday goes cold by Friday. At month end the same owner runs attendance from a register and payroll from Excel. That used to be enough. It isn't now. The four Labour Codes came into force on 21 November 2025 and changed how wages are defined, which moves PF and gratuity for every employee. From 1 April 2026, salary TDS moved under the new Income-tax Act. The DPDP rules are phasing in, which turns employee records kept in spreadsheets and WhatsApp chats into a legal risk. Last year's spreadsheet is this year's compliance problem. Good tools exist. Zoho Payroll costs ₹1,250 a month and greytHR costs ₹2,495. But the owner still has to set them up alone, learn them alone and connect them to WhatsApp alone. Most never finish. Agencies stop at the website, and software vendors start at the login screen. Nobody joins the two, so the owner does it by hand, after hours, and gets it wrong often enough to matter.
Solution & Value Proposition
We fix both halves, and we do the setup work ourselves. SEO Rise runs two lines under one roof. Our services line gets SMEs found on Google and AI search and builds websites that turn visits into enquiries. Our software line handles what happens after an enquiry arrives: CRM Lite puts website and WhatsApp leads into one place, with follow-up reminders. Payroll Lite runs monthly payroll for firms with 5 to 25 staff. WorkforceOS covers attendance, contractors and payroll checks for firms with 25 to 100 staff, built for the new Labour Codes. Three things set us apart. We set it up for them. Our team imports the data, configures salary structures and trains staff in Gujarati, Hindi or English. The owner pays a one-time setup fee of ₹10,000 to ₹30,000, then a monthly plan from ₹1,499. Our first customers already trust us. Every website or SEO client is a warm lead for CRM and payroll. We aren't cold-selling software to strangers. Chartered accountants sell for us. CAs and payroll consultants already advise these owners. We pay them 20% of the monthly fee and take the setup and payroll run off their hands. In our model, an account referred by a CA costs about ₹2,765 to win, compared to ₹19,418 through direct sales. We are a pre-seed company. All three products are working prototypes. The ₹1 crore we are raising pays for the team that takes them into paid pilots and then to market.
