About Swiftlane
We are building a vertically integrated emergency response ecosystem that solves the 'Last Mile' delay for ambulances in high-traffic Indian cities. Our startup provides a dual-layer facility: a premium ambulance fleet combined with a real-time 'Digital Green Corridor.' Using GPS-based proximity alerts, our app automatically activates a network of 'Roadside Marshals' (trained local youth and vendors) within a 1km radius of an approaching ambulance. These Marshals physically clear traffic and coordinate with signals to ensure zero-stoppage transit. By combining hyper-local human capital with emergency tech, we aim to reduce hospital arrival times by 25-30%, creating a new gold standard for the 'Golden Hour' in urban healthcare
Problem Statement
In rapidly growing urban centers like Pune, traffic congestion is the single greatest barrier to emergency healthcare. Ambulances often lose the critical 'Golden Hour' because they are stuck in dense traffic where sirens are ignored and digital signals are uncoordinated. This leads to preventable fatalities simply because life-saving medical help couldn't reach the patient—or the patient couldn't reach the hospital—in time. Currently, there is no system that provides both the medical vehicle and a dedicated, human-managed physical path to clear the road ahead
Solution & Value Proposition
We are building an integrated emergency mobility platform designed for high-traffic urban environments. Our service combines a premium, high-speed ambulance fleet with a GPS-activated 'Digital Green Corridor.' The platform connects emergency vehicles with a managed network of on-ground Road Marshals who are deployed in real-time to clear traffic congestion at critical junctions ahead of the ambulance. Our goal is to own the entire 'pathway' from the patient's doorstep to the hospital emergency room
