About Zing.design
Zing is like a coach for grown-ups at work. Grown-ups sit in a class, listen for a day, and then forget almost everything. Nobody checks. Nobody practises. That is silly. So Zing does three things. It makes the class fun. You hand Zing your slides and it turns them into games and questions while the teacher talks. Nobody falls asleep. It remembers everyone. Zing keeps a little notebook for each person — what they know, what they forgot. Then it sends them small practice bits, only the ones they need. It even plays pretend, like a grumpy customer, so they can practise safely. It gives real marks. The best person in the company says once what "good" looks like. Zing then scores everybody the same way. Now the boss knows who is actually ready. Simple version: Zing makes sure people don't forget what they learn — and proves it.
Problem Statement
Companies teach their workers new things. Then everyone forgets. That is the whole problem. The training boss spends a lot of money, but can only say how many people showed up. He cannot say if anyone got better. So next year he teaches the same thing again. The sales boss waits months for new people to get good. She cannot listen to everyone practise. She never knows who is ready to talk to a real customer until it is too late. The rules boss gives everyone a certificate. But people still make the same mistakes. The money boss asks, "Did it work?" Nobody can answer. And the worker sits in a class once or twice a year, forgets almost all of it in a week, and never gets to practise safely. Same reason every time: training is treated like a one-day party, not like practice. Everyone counts who came. Nobody counts who remembered.
Solution & Value Proposition
Zing turns training from a one-day party into practice. First, it wakes up the class. You give Zing your slides. Zing turns them into little games and questions that pop up while the teacher is talking. Nobody can hide at the back. Everyone has to think. Second, it remembers. Zing keeps a little notebook for every single worker — what they got right, what they got wrong, what they are starting to forget. It never loses that notebook. Third, it keeps them practising. A few days later, Zing sends small questions to each person. Not the same ones for everybody — the ones they need. It also lets them practise for real, like a pretend customer who argues back, so they can mess up safely before it counts. Fourth, it shows the score. The best person in the company writes down once what "good" looks like. Then Zing checks everyone against it and gives real marks. Now the training boss can say who is ready and who is not. The money boss finally gets an answer. One place to teach, practise, and prove.
