Pre-launch stage. I’m currently looking for visionary and capable co-founders who can register and build each subsidiary company under the group structure. Due to financial limitations, I will not be handling registration or operational work. I will remain a non-operational shareholder, offering strategic direction, vision discussions, and decision support through meetings with each company’s leadership.
About Me
I'm a visionary student-founder working on a group company structure with 25 planned subsidiary ventures across various sectors such as technology, defense, manufacturing, sustainable products, and communication. I will stay only as a shareholder — not holding any official title or operational responsibility. My role will be limited to participating in strategic meetings with each subsidiary's CEO/co-founder to guide the vision, evaluate ideas, approve final decisions, and ensure alignment with long-term goals. Each company will be fully managed by the co-founder(s). Equity distribution will be discussed openly in meetings. I value clarity, trust-based leadership, and autonomy-driven execution across all ventures.
