These Community Guidelines are designed to ensure every user has a productive and respectful experience. By using VenturLoop.com or the VenturLoop mobile app, you agree to abide by these rules in addition to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Respect and Professionalism

VenturLoop is a professional network. We expect every user to treat others with respect and dignity—regardless of background, gender, experience, or opinion.

Do:

• Engage in constructive and professional conversations.

• Be supportive, especially to early-stage founders and first-time entrepreneurs.

• Report any harassment or misuse of the platform.

Don't:

• Post or message anything that is discriminatory, hateful, violent, threatening, or sexually explicit.

• Harass or spam other users, mentors, or investors.

2. Authenticity and Integrity

We value real connections. Only use your real identity and truthful information when creating a profile.

Do:

• Provide accurate startup experience, expertise, or investor credentials.

• Respect platform trust and avoid misleading claims.

Don't:

• Create fake profiles or impersonate others.

• Misrepresent your background, skills, or investment intentions.

3. Privacy and Data Usage

VenturLoop is committed to protecting your data. Users must respect each other’s privacy.

Do:

• Only use profile information and contact data for professional networking purposes within the app.

• Read and comply with our full Privacy Policy.

Don't:

• Share private data of others without consent.

• Collect data from other users (including scraping or exporting) without written permission from VenturLoop.

4. Content Standards

You may post startup updates, project ideas, questions, or discussions—provided they are respectful and relevant.

Do:

• Share learnings, pitch decks, founder stories, and insightful content.

• Ask questions or start discussions in a way that invites learning and feedback.

Don't:

• Post irrelevant, low-quality, or clickbait content.

• Post content containing personal attacks, profanity, or defamatory language.

5. No Promotion Without Context

You may promote your product, idea, or company—but only when it adds value to the conversation.

Do:

• Introduce your venture when it's relevant to a conversation or a request for help.

• Offer help and resources alongside mentions of your own work.

Don't:

• Spam users with links, self-promotion, or ads.

• Use the platform solely for traffic generation or lead capture.

6. Mentorship and Paid Sessions

VenturLoop allows mentorship bookings with experienced founders and investors. Misuse of mentorship tools will not be tolerated.

Do:

• Use mentorship sessions responsibly and respectfully.

• Respect the mentor’s time, confidentiality, and advice.

Don't:

• Record or redistribute mentorship sessions without consent.

• Abuse refund or complaint processes maliciously.

7. Advertising and Ad Behavior

VenturLoop uses AdMob to display ads, as explained in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you agree to:

• See and interact with ads, including personalized ads if enabled.

• Not misuse ad interactions (e.g., clicking ads repeatedly or using bots).

8. Violations and Enforcement

VenturLoop reserves the right to:

• Remove content that violates these guidelines.

• Suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations.
