At VenturLoop, we strive to offer a seamless and secure experience for founders, co-founders, investors, and startup enthusiasts. This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payments, subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, mentorship booking fees, and payouts on the VenturLoop platform.

1. Subscription Plans

VenturLoop operates on a freemium model with optional paid subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions provide enhanced access to features such as:

  • Advanced co-founder and investor matching

  • Direct messaging and priority visibility

  • Access to startup resources including grants, incubators, and accelerators

  • Startup profile boosting and feature placements

Pricing:

  • 1 Month Subscription: ₹149

  • 3 Month Subscription: ₹349

  • 6 Month Subscription: ₹499

Note: Subscriptions are non-refundable and will automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless cancelled by the user.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We support secure payments via:

  • UPI

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)

  • Net Banking

  • Mobile Wallets (PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay, etc.)

All transactions are processed through certified third-party payment gateways compliant with PCI-DSS standards to ensure user data security.

3. Auto-Renewal

All subscription plans are set to auto-renew by default at the end of the selected billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually). You will receive prior notification via email or an in-app alert before renewal. You can disable auto-renewal anytime via your account settings.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your premium access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied beyond that period.

5. Refund Policy

VenturLoop does not offer refunds for partially used or completed subscription periods. However, if you experience billing issues such as duplicate charges or technical errors, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction for resolution.

6. Mentorship Booking Fees

Partners (mentors) receive 10-15% of the mentorship booking fee. VenturLoop retains a commission of 10-15% for each confirmed mentorship booking.

  • Payment to partners occurs automatically on a monthly basis unless a manual payout request is made.

  • Minimum payout request for partners is ₹100.

  • Partners only receive payment once the attendee has confirmed the meeting.

7. Failed Payments

If your payment is declined or fails to process, your access to premium features will be temporarily suspended. Our system will attempt to process the payment up to three times before automatically downgrading the account to the free tier.

8. Pricing Changes

VenturLoop reserves the right to modify subscription pricing. Any change in pricing will be communicated to existing subscribers at least 7 days prior to the change via email. Your continued use of the subscription after the price change constitutes your agreement to the new price.

9. Invoicing & Tax

Invoices are automatically generated and available in your account dashboard after each successful payment. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes as per Indian law. For business-related invoicing or GST concerns, please contact us directly.
