Founder of JobNest. Our mission is to unlock the economic potential of Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities by creating a single platform for every type of work—from local gigs to skilled professions. I'm in the initial phase of building the technology and am seeking a co-founder with a strong background in business and operations to build this from the ground up.

My mindset is built on three core principles: Vision with Empathy: I'm not just building an app; I'm building a solution for a problem I deeply understand. My vision for JobNest is grounded in the real needs of people in Tier-2/3 cities, and I believe the best ideas come from listening intently to your users. Adaptability through Action: A plan is just a starting point. I operate with a bias for action, believing that the fastest way to learn is by building, launching, and measuring. My experience in hackathons has taught me to be resourceful and pivot quickly based on real-world data, not just assumptions. Relentless Execution: Vision and strategy are meaningless without execution. My primary role as a technical founder is to consistently translate our ideas into functional code and tangible progress. I am obsessed with moving forward every single day.
