Clarity over Complexity: I strive to take complex, intimidating problems (like taxes or retirement for freelancers) and break them down into simple, actionable steps. Bias for Action: I believe a good plan executed now is better than a perfect plan executed later. I value prototyping, testing, and learning quickly from both successes and failures. Radical Ownership: I take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks. If there's a gap, I fill it, and I expect the same level of commitment from my partners.
